All Association Profiles

Purpose

The All Association Profiles page provides association administrators with an overview of all company profiles registered within their association. It allows administrators to view and manage profile data, including the ability to upgrade demo accounts to normal accounts.

Key Features

• Profile Data: The page displays a list of all company profiles, including details such as company name, address, associated association, yearly data (if available), and the user who added the profile.
• Account Upgrade: A prominent "Change to Normal Acc" button is available next to each profile. This button allows administrators to instantly upgrade a demo account to a normal, licensed account, granting the company full access to the Flori Footprint Tool's features and functionalities.

Using the Page

• View Profile Data: Scroll through the list to view details of each company profile registered under your association.
• Upgrade Demo Accounts: To upgrade a demo account, locate the desired profile and click the "Change to Normal Acc" button next to it. This will instantly convert the demo account to a normal account, granting the company full access to the tool.
