Category Benchmark Pages

Purpose

The Category Benchmark pages provide association administrators with detailed insights into the data submitted by companies within their association for specific categories (e.g., Commuting, Electricity, Waste). These pages allow administrators to view and manage data entries, ensuring data accuracy and integrity before it's included in industry and association benchmark calculations.

Key Features

• Data Visualization: Each page displays a comprehensive table of data inputs submitted by companies for the specific category. The table includes columns for relevant data points like total impact, as well as the year of entry.
  
• Status Management: A "Status" column indicates the approval status of each data entry:
  • Demo: Data from demo accounts, automatically excluded from benchmark calculations.
  • Pending: Newly submitted data awaiting approval.
  • Approved: Data reviewed and approved by administrators, included in benchmark calculations.
• Approve/Undo Functionality: Interactive buttons allow administrators to:
  • Approve: Change the status of a "Pending" entry to "Approved," including it in benchmark calculations.
  • Undo: Revert an "Approved" entry back to "Pending," removing it from benchmark calculations.

Benchmark Reports

Below the data table, administrators can access benchmark reports that visualize the approved data in comparison to industry and association averages. These reports typically include:

• Benchmark per Square Meter: Compares the category impact per square meter for the association against industry averages.
• Benchmark per Euro Sold: Compares the category impact per euro sold for the association against industry averages.

Using the Pages

• Review Data: Scroll through the data table to review entries submitted by companies for the specific category.
• Manage Data Status: Use the "Approve" and "Undo" buttons to manage the approval status of each entry, ensuring data accuracy and controlling which data points are included in benchmark calculations.
• Analyze Benchmark Reports: Review the benchmark reports to understand the association's performance in the specific category compared to industry averages.
