Deliveries Results Page

1. Purpose

The Deliveries Results page provides a detailed overview of the environmental impact associated with your company's delivery operations. It presents a breakdown corresponding to your organization’s deliveries, factoring in the transportation distances, method of transport and end destination. This dashboard allows you to track the impact of your deliveries over time, evaluate your progress per year and compare your performance against industry and association benchmarks.

2. Key Features

  • Carbon Footprint: A bar chart at the top displays the carbon footprint associated with your delivery operations for the selected year, measured in kilograms of CO2 equivalent (kg CO2-eq). This data helps to identify the overall environmental impact of transporting goods to your customers.
  • Impact per Month (if applicable): If you selected a specific month in the options at the top of the page, this section will display a bar chart showing the delivery impact for that month. This allows you to identify and evaluate any monthly variations in your delivery-related emissions.
  • Benchmark Comparisons: The page includes a comparison to industry benchmarks to illustrate how the emissions corresponding to your deliveries influence the overall impact per square meter and per euro sold and compare to industry averages and association averages (if applicable).
  • Variance: This section displays the percentage difference between your company's impact and the industry or association average. A red percentage indicates that your impact is higher than the average, suggesting room for improvement. A green percentage indicates that your impact is lower than the average, highlighting good performance compared to the industry benchmark.
  • Interactive Elements: An added functionality to derive further insights is the possibility to hover your mouse over the bars in the charts to view detailed information about specific months and their contribution to your impact form your delivery operations.

3. Understanding the Charts

  • Carbon Footprint chart: Each bar in the carbon footprint chart represents a specific year, and the height of the bar indicates the associated carbon footprint in kg CO2-eq for your delivery operations.
  • Impact per Month chart (if applicable): Each bar in the chart represents a specific month, and the height of the bar indicates the delivery impact for that specific month.
  • Benchmark Graphs: The benchmark graphs use bar charts to visually compare your impact per square meter and impact per euro sold against industry and association averages. This information can be used to compare your environmental performance against industry competitors.

4. Using the Page

  • Select Year: Use the menu at the top to select the year for which you want to view delivery results.
  • Analyze the Charts: Review the charts to understand your carbon footprint from deliveries, impact per month (if applicable), and benchmark comparisons.
  • Evaluate Variance: Pay attention to the variance percentages, which are located above the benchmark graphs, to identify areas where your company's performance is significantly different from the industry or association average.
  • Identify Areas for Improvement: Based on the insights gained from the page, identify opportunities to reduce your delivery impact, such as optimizing delivery routes, utilizing more fuel-efficient vehicles, consolidating deliveries to reduce transport frequency, or offering alternative delivery options like bicycle couriers or pick-up points.
