Purpose

Demo accounts provide limited-time access to the Flori Footprint Tool, allowing users to explore and evaluate the application's functionalities before purchasing a full license for their company. These accounts offer a glimpse into the tool's capabilities and help users determine if it aligns with their needs.

Limitations

  • Inaccurate Impact Values: All impact values displayed in a demo account are randomized and inaccurate. They are intended for testing and demonstration purposes only and should not be considered reliable for actual environmental footprint assessments.
  • One Year per Category: Demo accounts allow users to fill in data for only one year per category. This limitation encourages focused exploration of the tool's features without extensive data entry. A warning message will appear if users attempt to add or edit data for multiple years within a category.
  • Unrealistic Variance Percentages: Due to the randomization of impact values, the variance percentages displayed in benchmark comparisons may be unusually high or unrealistic. These percentages should not be interpreted as accurate reflections of actual environmental performance.

Functionalities

Despite the limitations, demo accounts provide access to all graphs and functionalities in the Results Dashboard. Users can explore the different charts, interact with the data, and gain a comprehensive understanding of how the tool presents and analyzes environmental footprint information.

Trial Period and Access

Demo accounts have a limited trial period. At the end of this period, access to the application will cease. To continue using the Flori Footprint Tool and unlock its full potential, users should contact their association to upgrade their account to a normal, licensed account.
